Ryan Corbett is the founder and CEO of Corbett Construction & Realty, a Fox Valley–based company built to be a one-stop solution for residential real estate and construction. Founded in 2020, Corbett Construction & Realty brings buying, selling, building, and property management under one roof, with a focus on professionalism, speed, and an exceptional client experience.

A graduate of Appleton North High School and UW–Madison, Ryan is currently pursuing his MBA to further strengthen his expertise in finance, operations, and organizational leadership as the company continues to scale. Prior to founding Corbett, he built a strong foundation through sales and management roles at Fortune 500 companies, where he developed the discipline, leadership skills, and customer-first mindset that now shape the company’s culture and growth strategy.

As both a licensed real estate broker and general contractor, Ryan offers clients a rare dual-industry perspective. He is known for guiding clients through the entire process—from lot selection and design to construction and closing—with clarity, accountability, and confidence.

Ryan leads the company with a clear set of values: integrity, professionalism, ownership, speed, collaboration, excellence, and community involvement. He holds himself and his team to high standards, ensuring every project and transaction is handled with care, precision, and respect.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Ava, their daughter, Myah, and their two dogs, Flip and Zion. He’s an avid golfer and remains actively involved in the Fox Valley community he proudly calls home.

Katie Berben is the project manager at Corbett Construction & Realty—the glue that keeps projects, people, and processes moving as one. A vital part of the team since day one, Katie orchestrates day-to-day operations across construction and realty, including scheduling, vendor and subcontractor coordination, procurement, invoicing, permitting, and client communication.

With a keen eye for detail, she helps shape the signature Corbett look and feel—aligning selections and design with rigorous project controls so every home is delivered on time, on budget, and to spec. Her calm leadership and systems mindset turn complex builds into seamless client experiences.

Outside the office, Katie loves spending time outdoors with her husband, Dylan, their dog, Molly, their cat, Morris, and family and friends. Whether boating, camping in their RV, or out at community events, she knows how to treasure every moment.

Ben Pease serves as sales manager at Corbett Construction & Realty, where he leads agent mentoring and weekly sales training while specializing in new-construction home sales. An essential part of the team since day one, Ben coaches agents on prospecting, listing prep, negotiation, and client experience—and he bridges the gap between our construction and realty divisions through clear communication and disciplined process. From lot selection and plan options to allowances, timelines, and buyer walkthroughs, he ensures our new-build clients move smoothly from first tour to final close.

Alongside his leadership role, Ben is a full-time Realtor who consistently surpasses $10M in annual sales, bringing the same diligence and personal touch he teaches. A Wisconsin native and Kimberly High School graduate, he enjoys hitting the gym, reading, and spending time with his girlfriend, Izzy, and their dog, Ollie.

Ava Ramadan leads Agent Services at Corbett, supporting our agents from onboarding through closing with systems, training, and hands-on guidance. Known for her compassion and clear communication, Ava is the go-to resource for forms and file quality, listing prep, vendor coordination, and keeping transactions on time and on brand. She sets service standards, organizes training, and makes sure every client experience feels personal and professional.

Alongside her leadership role, Ava is a dedicated independent agent with 5+ years of full-time experience and consistent multi-million-dollar annual sales. Her ability to connect, listen, and advocate for clients—whether they’re buying, selling, or investing—continues to set her apart.

A lifelong hard worker, Ava grew up competing in gymnastics at her family’s gym, Ultimate Fusion Athletics—discipline and detail that still show up in her work every day. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her family, her fiancé Ryan, his daughter Myah, and their two dogs. She loves to travel and make memories over great meals and shared experiences.

Craig Schmitz brings 38 years of hands-on experience in the trades and 35 years as an exterior contracting business owner to his role as Project Manager at Corbett Construction & Realty. An Air Force veteran, Craig is known for clear communication, disciplined scheduling, and on-site leadership that keeps jobs on time, on budget, and to spec. He coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, oversees quality control and safety, and guides clients from kickoff through punch list with a steady, solutions-first approach.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys watching his daughters compete in high school and college volleyball, playing golf, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. He and his family share their home with two French bulldogs.

Ben Lee serves as the Finance and Administrative Manager at Corbett Construction & Realty LLC, bringing more than 10 years of accounting experience across both the private and public accounting sectors. In his role, Ben oversees and supports the company’s financial and administrative operations, bringing a detail-oriented and professional approach to financial management, organization, and business operations.
With a strong background in accounting, Ben is committed to supporting the continued growth and success of Corbett Construction & Realty LLC while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys hiking, golfing, and hunting. Most importantly, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Amber, and their daughter, Sawyer.
