Shannon Lee

Shannon Lee was born and raised in Oshkosh, where she currently resides with her husband, three young boys, and their dog. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and taught 4K before choosing to stay home with her children in 2023. The skills that made Shannon a successful educator—strong communication, patience, and the ability to build meaningful relationships—now carry over into her work in real estate. She is committed to forming genuine connections with her clients in order to best understand and meet their needs, and she prides herself on providing clear communication and consistent support throughout every step of the process. Outside of real estate, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and taking walks with her dog.
